How To Get Your Money Back On Disputed Purchase:
If you have spent real money for purchases in the game and didnt get the required item, heres what you need to do to get your money back.
Report To Game Developers
File a support ticket and let the developers know about the issue. Remember to write your user ID in the message add screenshot of purchase receipt.
Report To Facebook:
You will get receipt of purchase from facebook in your email account linked with your facebook account. Your receipt of purchase should have wording “dispute this purchase”. click on it and explain the problem to Facebook. The Facebook is pretty good in resolving the issue.
Call Your Credit Card Company:
You can also call your credit card company and ask them to cancel the authorization. Many players also used this method to successfully get their refund.
